About The Role

Area Sales Manager - Covering the Wales Area

Salary: Up to £50,000 basic DOE, realistic OTE £80k+ (uncapped commission) + company car

Type: Full-time, home-based, regional role covering the following postcodes:

  • CF - Cardiff
  • SA - Swansea
  • NP - Newport

Carfinance 247 is the leading online Car Finance broker in the UK, specializing in providing customers with car finance through our Manchester headquarters, home-based operations, and our rapidly expanding motor dealer channel.

This is a new and growing area of our business. We are developing a team of Field Sales Professionals to proactively grow the motor dealer channel.

As an Area Sales Representative, you will manage a territory, working with an internal Relationship Manager to develop the region. Your focus will be on maintaining relationships with existing dealers and acquiring new ones to increase penetration and revenue. This role offers a real opportunity to advance your career and contribute to our business growth.

Responsibilities for the Area Sales Manager:
  • Manage and develop a regional area in the UK.
  • Proactively acquire new motor dealer partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing motor dealers, integrating CF247 into their finance offerings.
  • Liaise with internal sales and delivery teams to ensure excellent service.
  • Achieve sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Use and update the CRM system to manage activity and pipeline.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure high service quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Attend head office meetings once per quarter.

  • Proven experience selling into the Motor Trade.
