Job summary

CPJ Recruitment represents a leading manufacturer of domestic lighting electrical products and is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the East Midlands. You will sell a leading range of lighting products to regional developers, M&E contractors and housing associations, while developing existing accounts and opening new specifications.

The role offers hybrid working with full training and support, plus a company car, pension contribution and holiday entitlement.

• Ability to prospect and manage accounts and develop a pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Sell the company’s leading range of electrical lighting products.
• Win specifications with regional developers, national house builders (regional offices) M&E contractors, social housing / housing associations.
• Develop existing accounts and open new accounts, generating new specifications.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across the East Midlands.

The role of Area Sales Manager

• As Area Sales Manager, you will be tasked with selling the companies leading range of electrical lighting products.
• The Area Sales Manager will be required to win specifications with regional developers, national house builders (regional offices) M&E contractors, social housing / housing associations.
• You will be tasked with developing existing accounts (introducing new product lines) as well as opening new accounts and generating new specifications.

• up to £50,0000 basic
• £15,000 OTE - £20,000
• Hybrid company car
