Position: Area Sales Manager

Seeking an Area Sales Manager for the windows division of a global, multibillion-pound polymer manufacturer with approximately 200 locations worldwide. The role covers the South East region of England.

You can be based in and around the M25, Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, or London (covering the east half), as well as Essex, Kent, Surrey, West Sussex, and East Sussex.

Responsibilities:

1. Selling the company's window products throughout the South-East region, including Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, the east half of London, Essex, Kent, Surrey, West Sussex, and East Sussex.
2. Working closely with fabricators primarily associated with PVC-U products.

Candidate Requirements:

• Knowledge of the construction market within the Southeast region.
• A network of contacts in the industry.
• Experience in the fenestration industry, particularly dealing with fabricators.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand the company's window products and demonstrate strong commercial acumen.
• Proven track record of achieving targets.
• High-level articulation and numeracy skills.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Drive and determination to succeed.
