We are recruiting an Area Sales Executive focused on promoting 'employee benefits' to prospective clients and Short Term Vehicle Rental across the UK but based in Manchester. Hours Full time: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

About the role

We're looking for a candidate with experience selling Contract Hire, Salary Sacrifice and Vehicle Rental. The role is ideal for an experienced and knowledgeable individual, who has a solid understanding of the sales process and can be commercially aware, motivated and enthusiastic who has the backing of one of the top 10 leasing companies in the UK.

Day-to-day duties
  • Present the benefits of our products to new and existing clients and qualify customer requirements.
  • Update and add to the Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Find and develop new opportunities.
  • Account Management.
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry news and developments.
  • Carry out all duties in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Full responsibility to attaining and exceeding set targets.
  • Comfortable engendering long term business relationships.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge and previous experience of selling Salary Sacrifice.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Professional manner.
  • Driving licence.
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office.
Nice to have
  • CRM system experience.
  • Gensen (funding methods) experience.
  • Product knowledge.
