Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking an Area Sales Executive to lead customer interactions, buy cars, and help run a busy branch efficiently. You will be the primary contact for customers, managing appointments and delivering excellent service.

The role includes car appraisals, price negotiations, and closing deals, with a strong focus on customer experience. A competitive salary with bonuses and a robust benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Experience in a target-driven environment desirable.

Area Sales Executive

Salary

£28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus

Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours

You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Area Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
