Job summary

webuyanycar in Cheltenham is seeking an Area Sales Executive to drive branch performance, handle car appraisals, and close deals with a focus on customer service. The role requires a full UK driving licence and a proactive, independent work style.

You will work 42.5 hours weekly on a rotating 5-on/2-off pattern, including weekends. Attractive bonuses, progression opportunities, and a benefits package accompany the role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure smooth branch operations as the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to secure appointments and hit targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent service.
• Coordinate with back office and colleagues to ensure seamless processes.

Job: Area Sales Executive

Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Area Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
