Job summary

webuyanycar in Manchester is seeking an Area Sales Executive to drive branch performance and deliver outstanding customer service. You will be the main point of contact for customers, arranging appointments and processing car appraisals.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, a proven track record in a target-driven environment, and strong communication skills. You’ll work 42.5 hours weekly on a rotational shift, including weekends, with monthly and annual bonuses and a clear progression

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience of working in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Good administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of the branch; be the main customer contact.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to secure appointments and meet targets.
• Carry out car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver great customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to support branch operations.

Job: Area Sales Executive

Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Area Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements
