Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking an Area Sales Executive in the United Kingdom. You will buy cars, manage branch operations, and be the primary contact for customers. The role involves appointment-setting, appraisals, price negotiations, and delivering exceptional service.

The position includes a strong monthly and annual bonus structure, a 42.5-hour week with a 5-on/2-off rotation, and weekend work. A UK driving licence is essential and training is provided to learn about cars and sales

Qualifications

• A current full UK driving licence (manual).
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of the branch; be the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to secure appointments and meet targets.
• Car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate with back office and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

About The Role

Job: Area Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

• First-and-foremost our Area Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
