Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking an Area Sales Executive to help drive branch performance and deliver a top-notch car-buying experience for customers across the UK.

You will be the main contact for customers, handle appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and collaborate with back-office teams to ensure smooth operations. Training will be provided for those new to cars, and you’ll join a fast-growing brand with strong bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Has a full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself.
• Strong organisation and workload prioritisation.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure smooth branch operations; you are the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to secure appointments and hit targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to ensure seamless processes.

Area Sales Executive

Salary

£28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus

Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours

You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Area Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.


• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.


• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.


• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license


• Experience of working in a target driven environment


• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner


• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)


• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload


• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
