You'll empower General Managers, drive brilliant customer experiences, and push revenue growth while applying analytical insight to identify improvements and share best practice across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Experience in gambling or wider gaming is preferred but not essential.
• Strong track record of driving profitability, revenue and operational performance.
• Exceptional leadership with coaching experience for senior operational teams.
• Sharp commercial acumen and a results-focused mindset.
