Job summary

Rank Group, operating Mecca Bingo, is seeking an Area Manager to oversee performance, people and operations across multiple venues within a defined region. You'll empower General Managers, drive brilliant customer experiences, and push revenue growth while applying analytical insight to identify improvements and share best practice across the portfolio.

This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate data into actions that raise profitability and guest

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Experience in gambling or wider gaming is preferred but not essential.
• Strong track record of driving profitability, revenue and operational performance.
• Exceptional leadership with coaching experience for senior operational teams.
• Sharp commercial acumen and a results-focused mindset.

Summary of the Role:

As an Area Manager at Mecca Bingo, you’ll lead the performance, people and operations across a portfolio of venues within a defined geographical area.

Working closely with the Operations Director, you’ll provide leadership and direction to your General Managers, empowering them to build high-performing teams, deliver brilliant customer experiences and drive strong commercial results.

With a focus on operational excellence and revenue growth, you’ll take ownership of performance across your area, identifying opportunities, sharing best practice and ensuring each venue delivers against its goals.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven multi-site leadership experience within a customer-focused, fast-paced environment
• Experience within the gambling, betting or wider gaming industry is preferred but not essential
