Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Area Manager to keep a site running smoothly, lead a team, and drive safety, quality and productivity across shifts.

You’ll oversee projects to streamline processes and collaborate with management to standardise shift practices. A Bachelor's degree or higher is required, with experience in people management, data-driven decision making, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Advanced Degree is required.
• Experience in people management and team development.
• Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Experience in analyzing data to drive decisions.
• Fluency in English (speaking, writing, reading).
