Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Area Manager to oversee site operations, drive safety, quality and productivity, and lead a team through continuous improvement initiatives.

You will manage shift patterns, collaborate with senior colleagues to standardise practices, and deliver results across our network while supporting the expansion of Nexus and Grocery concepts. A strong leader with data-driven decision making is preferred.

Experience in warehouse operations and logistics is favored.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, data science, engineering or operations management.
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders.
• Ability to use data to influence business decisions and drive improvements.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
