Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Area Manager to lead a large, diverse team and ensure safety, quality and productivity across a Fulfilment Centre operation. You’ll manage shifts and drive improvements to meet customer demand.

This hands-on role requires strong people leadership, data‑driven decision making and collaboration with peers to standardise practices. You’ll mentor new managers and deliver projects that raise efficiency while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and developing teams.
• Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Experience in data analysis and extracting insights for data-backed decisions.
• Experience in English-language communication, both written and verbal.
