A leading commercial cleaning company is seeking an Area Manager in Bedford, England. In this role, you will ensure that cleaning specifications are fulfilled, perform quality assurance inspections, and manage a team. Position Title: Area Manager
Reports To: Owner
Supervises: Team Leads and/or Front Line Employees
Basic Function: Ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to the client are being fulfilled/exceeded and the work is being completed on budget (labor & chemicals).
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clean/fill-in assigned number of hours on a regular basis
Compensation: PAY STRUCTURE IS BASED ON PERFORMANCE: $12.50 per hour minimum UP TO $14.50 per hour.
