Area Retail Manager £38,500 OTE £90,000 plus package

Our agency is delighted to be supporting a fast‑growing national retail organisation as they expand their team across the UK. With hundreds of sites already in operation and new locations opening every month, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business experiencing significant growth.

No sector experience is required — full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a Regional Retail Manager who will oversee multiple sites within a designated region. You will be instrumental in driving high performance, supporting Branch Managers, and ensuring consistent operational excellence.

The role includes
  • Leading and motivating Branch Managers to deliver strong results
  • Participating in daily team conference calls
  • Holding weekly 1‑to‑1 meetings with team leaders
  • Conducting daily branch visits across the region
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with key internal and external contacts
Requirement
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience as a Regional Manager, Area Manager, or similar multi‑site leadership role
  • Proven ability to drive high performance through teams
  • Strong people management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective leadership qualities
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multi‑task
  • Good numeracy and commercial acumen
