Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Architectural Technologist in Kettering to join a leading RIBA chartered practice delivering projects across commercial, healthcare, education, sports and leisure sectors.

You will work in the Kettering studio on large-scale projects from inception to completion, prepare design details, and produce documents for statutory authorities while meeting UK building regulations; hybrid/flexible working and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree within Architectural Technology.
• Working towards or has achieved CIAT membership.
• Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice.
• Proficient with Revit.
• Managed large-scale projects across various sectors.
• Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to the Kettering area.
• Full UK Driver's license.
