Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist for our Newcastle studio. You will deliver projects from inception through to completion, preparing building regulation packages and planning submissions, and performing site surveys to ensure technical compliance.

The role requires a degree in Architectural Technology, strong UK practice experience, and proficiency in Revit. You will engage with clients and consultants across sectors within a hybrid working setup.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Technology is required.
• Strong post-qualification experience as a technician in a UK practice.
• Proficiency with Revit and knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Experience across a broad range of sectors and RIBA Stage 4+.
• Excellent technical detailing and strong communication skills.
• Ability to run jobs and liaise with clients and consultants.
