Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Newcastle is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to manage projects from inception to completion. You will prepare building regulation packages, submit planning applications, and conduct site surveys to ensure technical compliance.

They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their Newcastle studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
• Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
• Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
