New Architectural technician job available with a leading Hampshire practice working on high-profile mixed-use and residential projects. Perfect Architectural technician ready to take the next step in their career working on variety of project sectors.

Their portfolio spans retail, residential, leisure, commercial and conservation sectors, including work on some of the UK's most iconic buildings. Based in Hampshire, they combine design excellence with technical delivery expertise and offer strong professional development opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the technical management and delivery of mixed-use and residential projects
  • Produce design and technical packages for small and medium-scale schemes
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and colleagues throughout project stages
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and construction legislation
  • Support project teams in Revit and contribute to BIM workflows
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2-3 years' professional experience in an architectural role
  • Strong technical design portfolio demonstrating project delivery
  • Proficiency in Revit and sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Excellent communication skills for client and consultant liaison
