You are creative and flexible in your approach to working with young people and their families, using strengths-based and person-centered methods. You hold a Diploma in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification in teaching, nursing, or youth work. You have experience working with adolescents and families during times of need, and have supervisory or mentoring experience. You are able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and can thrive in a team setting.

Participate in the Regional Edge of Care Service team to deliver flexible and responsive care packages. Provide respite, intervention, outreach, and family support to young people and their families. Work in community settings, homes, and ARC centers to deliver evidence-based interventions. Support families in developing problem-solving skills, resilience, and achieving positive change. Respond quickly to crises, helping families address and overcome difficulties to prevent escalation and maintain family unity.
