Job summary

H W Martin Fleet Maintenance Ltd, part of the H.W. Martin Group, is offering an 18-month Service Advisor Apprentice programme at its Blackwell workshop in Derbyshire. You will complete a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship, gaining certificates in sales and vehicle parts as you learn on the job.

On completion you will be equipped to become a Service Advisor, with access to training, mentoring and the chance to join the Institute of Customer Service as a member.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship to become a Service Advisor with on-the-job training and industry-standard certificates.

Responsibilities

• Be a referral point providing specialist information supporting sales, customer service and service departments.
