Job summary

Foray Motor Group Shaftesbury is offering an IMI-Approved Level 2 Service Advisor Apprenticeship. You will train while employed, gaining hands-on experience in customer service, service coordination, and vehicle maintenance communication.

Working with experienced advisers, you will schedule appointments, greet customers, liaise with technicians, and input orders as part of a structured, 12-month programme with End Point Assessment and off-the-job learning.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade A–C/9–4 (predicted grades accepted)
• Interest in vehicle service and customer support
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
