Job summary

Vertu SEAT Derby is recruiting a Customer Service Apprentice to join the team. This is a full-time role offering £8.00 per hour.

You will undertake a 15-month Level 3 Customer Service apprenticeship delivered by an external provider and centrally managed by our Internal Talent Team. As a Customer Service Apprentice - Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the service department, explain the service process, assist with paperwork, and build strong

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering great customer service.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, phone, in person).
• IT literacy with basic data entry and record-keeping.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly first point of contact for service customers.
• Explain the service process and required work clearly.
• Assist with paperwork and payment processing.
• Maintain up-to-date customer and vehicle records in the system.
• Support the service team and apprenticeship training.
• Follow up with customers after visits to ensure satisfaction.
