The apprenticeship offers a Level 3 Housing and Property Management qualification and opportunities for progression within a modern office environment.

Qualifications

• The apprentice will gain a Level 3 Housing and Property Management Qualification.
• Day-to-day tenancy management of ~250 tenancies with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Arrears management and generating new business.

Responsibilities

• Day to Day Tenancy Management of ~250 Tenancies.
• Cross selling additional products to landlords & tenants.
• Conducting end-of-tenancy check outs & mid-term inspections.
• Arrears management.
• Generating new business.
