Barking Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust invites applications for an Apprentice Band 3 Patient Pathway Co-ordinator in the Gastroenterology Department. You will support the coordination and administration of patient pathways, manage workload and act as a key contact for patients and clinicians.

You will complete the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship alongside the role, with eligibility criteria including UK residency and right to work.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Gastroenterology patient pathways and progression through referral, outpatient, diagnostic, treatment and follow-up.
• Manage allocated administrative workload and prioritise competing demands.
• Act as administrative point of contact for patients, carers, clinicians and GPs.
