Job summary

Cube Technology is hiring an apprentice to begin a Level 3 Azure Cloud Support Specialist programme. You will gain hands-on experience with public and private cloud services, network infrastructures, and end-user troubleshooting while earning a salary.

Join a friendly team in the UK with a 37.5-hour work week, 9am-5:30pm, and earn £18,000–£20,000 per year. This role offers formal training, growth, and an opportunity to transition to a permanent position after completion.

Qualifications

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to end users via phone, email and ticketing systems
• Log, update and manage support tickets in line with agreed SLAs
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues
• Support users with password resets, account administration and access requests
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers where required
• Assist with device setup, configuration and deployment
• Support Microsoft Windows desktop and laptop environments
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain regular communication with users
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Participate in training and development activities as part of the Level 3 IT apprenticeship
