Qualifications

• Experience in a client/customer-facing role; ideally in retail, hospitality, etc.
• Right to work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship available).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service on account management.
• Communicate with clients via telephony and email.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and understand their needs.
• Complete tasks timely to ensure client satisfaction.
