Job summary

Renault Truck Commercials is offering an Apprentice Service Advisor (CSR) role in Dunstable. The 12‑month apprenticeship, followed by a 3-month EPA period, runs Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm.

You will learn online and in-centre, while supporting front-of-house activities and customer interactions onsite at the dealership. The role links customers, the workshop and invoicing, so strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Front of house customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and undertake End Point Assessment (EPA).

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform front of house customer service tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Develop skills in communication, problem-solving, and professional conduct.
• Prepare for the End Point Assessment and demonstrate competence according to the apprenticeship standard.
