You don’t need previous commercial vehicle experience; attitude and willingness to learn matter most. You’ll gain skills in handling enquiries, processing orders, stocking parts, and supporting workshop teams.

Are you a people person who enjoys solving problems, staying organised and learning new things?

RH Commercial Vehicles is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service & Parts Advisor Apprentice to join our team.

This isn’t an apprenticeship where you’ll spend all day watching from the sidelines. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across customer service and vehicle parts, learning how two key areas of a commercial vehicle dealership work together to keep customers, vehicles and businesses moving.

Our existing Parts apprenticeship focuses on customer service, identifying and supplying parts, processing orders, managing stock and supporting internal workshop teams. The CSR apprenticeship develops customer communication, managing enquiries, resolving problems and supporting customers throughout their journey with RHCV.

What we are looking for

You don’t need previous commercial vehicle experience. We’re much more interested in your attitude and willingness to learn.
