Job summary

RH Commercials is offering an 18 Month Parts & Trade Supplier Apprenticeship Programme in Peterborough. You will gain hands-on experience and qualifications to become a qualified Parts Advisor, with full-time employment opportunities.

The role is based in Peterborough, with 40 hours per week and rotating shifts. You'll learn to help customers find parts, provide quotes, process sales and returns, prepare parts for repairs, and stock checks while collaborating with service and workshop teams.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) in English and Maths.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• An interest in vehicles, trucks or the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Rotating shifts:

• Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm


• Week 2: Monday to Friday, 12:30pm to 9:00pm


• 1 in 2 Saturday mornings (paid at overtime rate)

What You'll Do

You'll be part of a busy team, learning how to:

• Help customers find and order the right vehicle parts


• Provide quotes and answer customer enquiries


• Process sales, payments and returns


• Prepare parts for workshop repairs


• Carry out stock checks


• Work closely with service and workshop teams
