Job summary

Volvo Group's Renault Trucks unit invites applications for an Apprentice Service Advisor (CSR) based in Avonmouth, Bristol. This 12-month apprenticeship, followed by a 3-month End Point Assessment, blends online learning with in-centre assessments and on-site teamwork.

As CSR you will be the first impression for customers, handling front-of-house duties, developing communication and problem-solving skills, and preparing for the EPA while learning company systems including Teams.

Qualifications

• Understand and perform front of house customer service tasks efficiently and effectively
• Develop skills in communication, problem-solving, and professional conduct
• Prepare for the End Point Assessment and demonstrate competence according to the apprenticeship standard

Responsibilities

• Be the first impression for customers, by phone or face to face when they come into the dealership
• Support the workshop, invoicing and the Manager through excellent communication
• Learn computer systems and Microsoft Applications including Teams
