The program lasts 15 months, with mentoring, funded training, and opportunities to progress within the brand. Wages start at £10.85/hour for 18–20 year olds and £12.71/hour for 21+.

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong teamwork and communication within the kitchen

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and to brand standard.
• Support and communicate with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Participate in training and learning modules during apprenticeship.
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas and stock rotation.
