Mitchells & Butlers is offering a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. You will work full-time in a fast-paced kitchen, supervised by passionate chefs while you train and gain a nationally recognised qualification. The program supports running kitchens and creating memorable guest experiences.

Wage starts at £10.85/hour for 18–20 year olds and £12.71/hour for 21+, with comprehensive training and progression opportunities across our brands.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Apprenticeship includes Production Chef Level 2 over 15 months.
• Full-time kitchen role under supervision of experienced chefs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate openly with the team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Participate in team meetings and share insights.
• Prepare, cook and present food safely and to brand standards.
• Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and back-of-house areas.
