Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Apprentership to work within the Juniper Centre, Moseley Hall Hospital site. Our Staff provide assessment, specialist support, treatment and care planning for service users with both functional and organic mental health problems. You will be the first point of contact for patients/staff and visitors to the building and it is essential that you present in a friendly and approachable manner.

We are looking to recruit a confident and dynamic person to greet patients and provide an effective and efficient clerical, administrative and reception service to patients/staff and visitors to the service. Recording and booking out-patient appointments and monitoring attendance is part of the role and this will involve the use of electronic systems.

The reception is open 5 days a week, between the hours of 8am-6pm. The appointee would need to cover a shift pattern working alongside colleagues to ensure the service needs are met.
