ServiceNow is seeking a Forward Deployed Solution Engineer to join our GenAI initiatives in enterprise environments. You will own back-end services, LLM pipelines, and front-end integrations, partnering with customers to design and deliver solution-ready builds in agile sprints.

You will be a systems-minded, AI-native engineer who ships real software, owns the full stack, and balances product vision with pragmatic delivery at scale across industries.

Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience.
2+ years building customer-facing or embedded systems.
Experience delivering production-grade GenAI solutions.
Strong understanding of backend/frontend/API architectures.
Experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Design and implement solution-ready GenAI builds in field sprints.
Own full stack from backend services to UI integrations.
Collaborate with customers to tailor deployments in agile cycles.
Codify reusable assets and platform tooling.
Deliver production-ready deployments in live environments.
