Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE) to partner with customers and deliver scalable AI-native solutions. You will own full-stack development from backend services to LLM pipelines and frontend integrations, operating in the field to deploy and iterate in live environments.

You will codify patterns, libraries, prompts, and scaffolds to accelerate future engagements, influence platform tooling, and ensure production-grade, secure deployments across industries.

Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering experience with AI-enabled solutions.
• 2+ years building customer-facing or embedded systems.
• Ability to design AI-native software in production environments.
• Strong backend/frontend/API proficiency across stacks.
• Experience deploying in cloud environments with CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Build solution-ready LLM-enabled applications spanning backend, data orchestration, and frontend UI.
• Operate in the field with customers to deploy and iterate live environments.
• Codify reusable assets—libraries, prompts, scaffolds—to accelerate engagements.
• Shape developer experience by contributing to platform teams with feedback and tooling.
• Influence platform strategy through field-tested insights and extensible code.
