Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Forward Deployed Solution Engineer (FDSE) to architect and deliver AI-native software in production. You’ll own backend services, LLM pipelines, and front-end integrations while partnering with customers in the field to deploy solution-ready builds in agile sprints.

You bring 10+ years of software engineering, depth in Python/Node.js/Java, and experience across API design, data orchestration, and UI components. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years building customer-facing or embedded systems.
• Proven AI-native software design in production.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production-grade, end-to-end, scalable LLM-enabled applications.
• Operate in the field with customers to deploy and iterate in live environments.
• Codify reusable assets—libraries, prompts, scaffolds—to accelerate future engagements.
• Shape platform by contributing feedback to platform and product teams.
