Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Forward Deployed Solution Engineer to design and deliver AI-native software in customer environments. You will own backend services, LLM pipelines, and front-end integrations while partnering with clients to implement scalable GenAI solutions.

You will embed with customer teams, diagnose issues, and architect AI-powered workflows at scale, contributing to reusable patterns and platform tooling. Travel up to 30% to embed onsite where it matters.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years building customer-facing or embedded systems.
• Proven ability to design and implement AI-native software in production environments.
• Strong backend (Python, Node.js, Java) and frontend (React/Angular) skills; REST/GraphQL APIs.
• DevOps fluency: CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production-ready LLM-enabled applications across backend, data orchestration, and front-end UI.
• Collaborate with customers in the field to deploy and iterate in live environments.
• Create reusable assets: libraries, prompts, scaffolds to accelerate future engagements.
• Shape developer experience by feeding back to platform and product teams.
