Job summary

Wates in Leeds is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join the Construction Group Applications team. You will provide day-to-day support, manage application upgrades, coordinate updates, and liaise with suppliers across the Wates Group.

The role requires solid system/process experience, preferably with Autodesk, Asta PowerProject, and Salesforce, plus proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint and knowledge of ITIL and IT Best Practices.

Qualifications

• Solid system/process experience.
• Experience with Autodesk, Asta PowerProject and Salesforce.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of ITIL and IT Best Practice.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day support including Incident and Change Management for IT Application Estate and be the primary point of contact for administrative support to business end users.
• Manage IT Application upgrade projects with internal and external parties.
• Coordinate IT Application updates and maintain support records.
• Support analysis for business-driven change requests and assess impact, effort involved and high-level cost.
• Work with the wider IT team in learning and providing support on existing and newly introduced business platforms.
• Provide and maintain documentation for the IT Applications.
• Process and manage new requests for IT Applications.
• Liaise with suppliers and support partners.
• Business relationship with users.
• Awareness and understanding of Software Licence management.
