Job summary

Wates is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst for our Leeds office to support Construction Group Applications. You will handle Incident/Change Management, upgrade projects, and liaise with suppliers across an IT Application Estate.

Proficiency in Autodesk, Asta PowerProject, Salesforce, MS Office, and SharePoint, plus ITIL knowledge, is essential. Flexible hybrid role with two days in Leeds and strong documentation skills expected.

Qualifications

• Solid system/process experience, ideally with Autodesk, Asta PowerProject and Salesforce.
• Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and have knowledge of ITIL and IT Best Practice.
• Effective communicator at all levels with ability to develop excellent working relationships with the team, business users and suppliers.
• Process orientated with good attention to details and able to produce clear and concise documentation.

Responsibilities

• Providing day to day support including Incident and Change Management for our IT Application Estate and to be the primary point of contact for administrative support to the business end users.
• Manage IT Application upgrade projects in conjunction with internal and external parties.
• Coordinate IT Application updates and maintain support records.
• Supporting the analysis for business-driven change requests and establish business and application impact, effort involved and high-level cost.
• Work with the wider IT team in learning and providing support on existing and newly introduced business platforms.
• Provide and maintain documentation for the IT Applications.
• Process and manage new requests for IT Applications.
• Liaise with suppliers and support partners.
• Business relationship with users.
• Awareness and understanding of Software Licence management.
