Job summary

Card Factory is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our IT Applications team in Wakefield. You will provide 3rd line support for enterprise applications across retail, supply chain, finance and operations, ensuring incidents and changes are handled to agreed SLAs.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, third-party suppliers and internal IT teams to drive stability and continuous improvement. The role involves supporting integrations, documentation and on-call coverage, with a flexible

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business-critical applications.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Familiarity with integration platforms (Boomi, SSIS) and APIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support for business-critical applications.
• Investigate complex issues, perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
• Maintain availability, performance, security and resilience of supported apps.
• Support integrations, APIs and data flows between business systems; document technical details.
• Participate in on-call rota and drive automation and cloud adoption improvements.
