Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2/3 application support for a business-critical system.
• Investigate and diagnose user incidents, taking issues through to resolution.
• Work with clients, third parties and IBM delivery teams to restore service and implement fixes.
• Use monitoring and event-management tools to identify and investigate service issues.
