Job summary
Academia Group is seeking a skilled IT professional to join the Technical Services Team, dedicated to supporting a large higher education client with their Jamf Pro managed Apple estate. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing a MacOS environment as the primary admin.

Qualifications
- Experience managing an Apple MacOS and iOS environment with Jamf Pro in a current macOS Sequoia+ environment.
Responsibilities
- Onsite management of large Apple device estate.
- Maintenance and automation of software for patch management.
- Basic network troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair.
- MDM solution implementation and maintenance (Jamf Pro/Protect).
- Solutions development and ISO procedure documentation.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
