Job summary

Addition is seeking a skilled Mac end-user computing specialist to own the macOS estate across multiple UK sites. You will design, implement and continually optimize secure, reliable macOS environments used by thousands of colleagues.

You will manage macOS devices with Jamf Pro, collaborate with Technical Architects and engineers, and support Windows and mobile platforms where needed. You will deliver changes through formal change control and promote best-practice security across the end-user

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing macOS at scale.
• Experience with Jamf Pro for device management.
• SC security clearance required.
• Strong troubleshooting across complex infra environments.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of the macOS environment.
• Design and deliver macOS solutions across end-user devices.
• Manage devices using Jamf Pro and MDM tooling.
• Collaborate with Architects and engineers to develop end-user computing platform.
• Provide root cause analysis for incidents.
• Produce design and infrastructure documentation for macOS solutions.
• Deliver changes through formal change control.
