Job summary

Addition in the public-sector transformation space is seeking an experienced macOS specialist to own and evolve end-user computing. You will manage macOS devices, leverage Jamf Pro, and coordinate with architects to shape secure, scalable end-user environments.

Role involves collaboration across infrastructure teams, ensuring change control, and contributing to a nationwide digital transformation agenda with multiple UK office locations.

Qualifications

• Extensive macOS administration experience at scale.
• Hands-on Jamf Pro and MDM tooling proficiency.
• Proficient with Windows environments including AD, SCCM and GPO.
• Solid understanding of security requirements for end-user devices.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of the macOS environment, designing and delivering solutions across end-user devices.
• Manage and enhance macOS devices using Jamf Pro and wider mobile device management tooling.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects and engineers to develop the end-user computing platform.
• Act as a technical escalation point for live services, performing root cause analysis.
