Job summary

Eligo Recruitment is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer focused on macOS/Jamf to join our Central London team. You’ll provide hands-on IT support, escalate complex issues, and manage Apple devices in a predominantly macOS environment.

You will work with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, collaborate with colleagues, mentor junior staff, and contribute to process improvements in a busy media agency setting in London’s W1.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial IT support experience.
• Excellent macOS / Apple knowledge.
• Hands-on Jamf Pro administration.
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with endpoint and device management.
• Familiar with Intune and Entra ID.
• Able to support Apple and Windows environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Confidence taking ownership of complex issues.
• Collaborative, knowledge-sharing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, hands-on IT support to users across the business.
• Act as a key point of escalation for more complex technical issues.
• Support a predominantly macOS and Apple environment.
• Administer and support Jamf Pro.
• Manage MacBooks, iPhones and other Apple technology.
• Support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Work with Entra ID, Intune and endpoint management tools.
• Support a smaller Windows environment where required.
• Manage device provisioning, deployment, patching and lifecycle activities.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and user issues.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate repetitive tasks.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to more junior team members.
• Work closely with users and colleagues in a highly visible, office-based role.
