Job summary

Addition is delivering a major digital transformation for a UK public-sector client. The role focuses on building a secure, reliable macOS estate and end-user computing platform for thousands of users across multiple sites.

You will own the macOS environment, work with Architects and engineers, and drive improvements in device management, security controls, and change processes. London and other UK locations are possible.

Qualifications

• Experience administering macOS environments at scale.
• Hands-on Jamf Pro administration for macOS devices.
• Knowledge of Windows server ecosystems including AD, SCCM and Group Policy.
• Experience managing mobile devices via Workspace ONE/AirWatch.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of the macOS environment and design end-user solutions.
• Manage and enhance macOS devices using Jamf Pro and related tooling.
• Collaborate with Architects and engineers to develop the end-user computing platform.
• Act as escalation point for live services and perform root cause analysis.
• Produce technical design and infrastructure documentation for macOS solutions.
• Support Windows and mobile environments when required and assist first-line teams.
