Job summary

A2Dominion is seeking an ASB Officer to manage a varied caseload across our communities, investigating reports of nuisance and anti-social behaviour and coordinating with residents, colleagues and partner agencies to achieve lasting solutions.

The role is mobile with travel across our operating areas and regular attendance at our Winchester office. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing anti-social behaviour, community safety or complex casework.
• Excellent investigation and evidence-gathering skills.
• Strong written communication and case recording.

Responsibilities

• Investigate reports of ASB and gather evidence.
• Attend multi-agency meetings to coordinate solutions.
• Develop and manage complex caseloads across communities.
• Support legal action and court proceedings where required.
