Job summary

Triumph Consultants Ltd is seeking an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join the Neighbourhood Services team in Teignbridge. You will case manage ASB cases, support safeguarding activity and liaise with multi-agency partners to reduce anti-social behaviour.

The role is 6 months with maternity leave cover, offers hybrid working with 3-4 days in the office, and requires enhanced DBS. A driving license is preferred for site visits.

Qualifications

• Access to own vehicle for site visits.
• Experience managing safeguarding cases.
• Legal experience including preparation of court files and evidence packages.
• Experience in enforcement and risk management.
• Knowledge of ASB and safeguarding legislation (ASB, Crime and Policing Act 2014).

Responsibilities

• Respond to public ASB and coordinate with other agencies.
• Prepare Acceptable Behaviour Contracts, Community Protection Warnings and Notices.
• Chair and manage monthly multi-agency meetings to address ASB.
• Gather evidence and prepare legal files for CPS and police for prosecutions.
